This stage includes the selection, packaging, and preparation of your handbag for dispatch. We operate with a focused logistics network to ensure your items are handled with professional standards during this initial phase.
Following the 1-day preparation period, the transit time typically ranges between 1 to 2 working days. This means you can generally expect your order to arrive within four business days of your initial request. Please note that our delivery operations run from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.
While we strive to maintain this schedule, external factors such as local weather conditions or high-traffic periods may occasionally influence these timelines.

Transparency is a fundamental principle of our business model. At Totenvalin, the price you see listed for a handbag is the final price you will pay upon delivery. We do not apply any additional shipping costs, handling fees, or restocking charges to your order.
Because we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, you will fulfill the full payment of the item’s price directly to the courier at your doorstep. We ensure that there are no unexpected payment requirements at the point of exchange.
