Delivery & Shipping
Yes, all Totenvalin orders within Hong Kong are shipped completely free of
charge. No minimum order value, no hidden charges, just your lovable bag on
its way to you at your doorstep.
Standard delivery within Hong Kong takes between 2 – 3 working days from the
moment you place an order. You will receive a notification in your email
once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Currently, Totenvalin ships within Hong Kong only. We are working on
extending our reach to other regions. Stay connected with us for updates on
international shipping availability.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in
their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Worn or
damaged items are not eligible for return. Please note, we don’t entertain
any requests for returns due to change of mind.
Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once
approved, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange
collection at no additional cost to you from your doorstep.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item which takes up to 1 working
day, refunds are processed. The amount may take up to 7 working days to be
reflected in the customer’s account. Totenvalin issues all refunds through
bank transfer.
Payments & Orders
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all Totenvalin orders within Hong
Kong. Simply select COD at checkout and have the exact amount ready upon
receiving your order.
No additional charges apply to Cash on Delivery orders. The amount you see
at checkout is exactly what you pay upon delivery; nothing added, nothing
adjusted afterward.
Yes, COD is available across the entire Totenvalin collection without
restriction. Every bag, regardless of price or category, can be ordered and
paid for upon delivery within Hong Kong.
